Can I bring my pet?
Small pets such as a dog or cat can be brought with passengers for an additional charge. For the safety of passengers and our drivers, we ask that pets are restrained with a leash or placed in a pet carrier and that passengers do not leave their pet unattended or alone with the driver. If a pet leaves litter or damages the vehicle, a cleaning fee may be added to the cost of service. For more information regarding cleaning fees, contact us.
Do you provide wheelchair accessible vehicles?

Do you provide car seats?
Car seats are available and should be requested when booking your vehicle. An additional service fee will be added when car seats are requested. Passengers can bring their own car seat to avoid the extra charge. For more information regarding service fees, contact us.
How can I cancel my trip?
If you need to cancel your trip, contact us. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation shortly after. If you have an account with us, you will be able to confirm the cancellation under the My Trips tab.

All changes are subject to availability, and it is encouraged to notify us of any changes as early as possible to ensure changes can be accommodated.
What if I want to reschedule the date booked?
If you would like to reschedule the date of your reservation, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you make the change to your trip after the free cancellation period* ends. If the fare on the rescheduled date is higher, you will be responsible to pay the additional amount when rescheduling your reservation. All changes are subject to availability, and it is encouraged to notify us of any changes as early as possible to ensure changes can be accommodated.
